We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx. USPS, UPS, and FedEx deliver Monday through Friday.  Certain deliveries may or may not require a signature, and this determination is at the sole discretion of the carrier's driver, whether it's safe to leave a box or not.

We currently ship to all residential and commercial addresses in the contiguous United States. Unfortunately, we cannot currently ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO or DPO addresses, but hope to do so in the near future. Certain restrictions apply to orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. Please contact us with any questions.

BRMART will ship all products to the address submitted by the customer. If an undeliverable or incorrect address is submitted, no refund or reshipment will be issued. Shipping to a closed business will also void the customer from any refund.

We strive to ship out orders within one to three business days. We send one email when your order is processed and another email when your order ships. The shipping email includes your tracking number and an estimated arrival date. (Note: Delivery estimates do not apply to orders of frozen or refrigerated items.)

Promo Codes applied may affect the shipping charges on your order since they will reduce your subtotal. Your actual shipping charge will appear after all of your promotions are applied.

Shipping costs will vary based on the weight of your order and your ZIP code. Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped Standard Ground. Second-day air and Overnight shipping are available for an additional fee.

Merchandise totals need to exceed the required amount of the promotion.

Our threshold for free shipping means that most order boxes contain 10 to 15 items (or more).

Total is calculated after all discounts and Promo Codes are applied, and before tax.

Shipping surcharges will be applied.

Additional shipping charges (additional delivery fees) may apply to some of BRMART’s items (e.g. frozen or refrigerated items) because of temperature control, size, weight, or special handling that is required to make sure your order reaches you safely. If your item has an additional shipping charge, an ice symbol (❆) and a description will appear below the price of the item on the product page and in your shopping bag. In checkout, you can also view details by clicking on the “question mark symbol”.

BRMART uses temperature control solutions (insulated box, ice packs, *dry ice) to maintain the quality and integrity of your frozen and refrigerated products. To maintain the integrity of products after delivery, we recommend that you immediately refrigerate or freeze perishable items.

There are many factors out of our control that influence freshness, and you as the consumer are the ultimate arbiter of freshness. As long as the item remains cool to touch, externally, it can be refrozen or refrigerated.

*For items shipped with dry ice, be sure not to handle the remaining dry ice with bare hands.

All orders can be canceled or modified prior to the shipment date. We must be contacted directly in order to process any order modifications or shipping corrections, as there may be additional fees applicable. During peak periods there will be no cancellations on the date of shipment and any exceptions outside of those times may be subject to cancellation penalties.

We use real time quotes from USPS, UPS, and FedEx to offer the best shipping rates available.

If your order weighs less than 13 oz, we will be able to offer a discounted rate on shipping fees in most cases. However, it might not always be possible, especially on large items with low weight. Our goal is to pass savings on to you for shipping fees whenever possible.
